Bonjour,
je viens d'acheter une PS3 40Go et découvre petit à petit les fonctions de cette console.
Je souhaiterai idéalement brancher un DD ext en Fat 32 de manière à pouvoir écouter ma bibliothèque de Mp3 sur ma chaine.
J'ai testé cette fonction pour l'instant avec une simple clé USB.
J'ai à ce sujet 2 questions :
- Faut'il que le disque dur externe ait une alimentation propre ou un DD ext 2.5 pouce standard suffit ?
- Comment trier (si c'est possible) ses mp3 en fonction de leur genre, interprete, année... ? Comment par exemple selectionner facilement tous les morceaux rock de manière à les jouer en aléatoire ?

Iadmit I haven't experimented too muh with the mp3 playing, beside doing some sreaming via TVersity
Ithink it is possible to create folders "Albums" on the PS3, and to activate a shuffle mode through those (within 1 album).
This is done through the Triangle menu I think.
Have also to say that the Background animation of the mp3 player is quite mesmerizing
About the HDD, it is probable that it will need its own power, but cannot say for sure
